This class is focused on meditative movement, conscious breathing, and other somatic fundamentals.

We cover asana basics and variations as well as deep somatic flows through a slow and steady movement and breath practice. With many invitations to safely bring the awareness into the body and present moment, this class touches on the foundations of a solid and lasting practice.
Whether it’s your first time trying yoga, or you have countless hours on the mat, this is a great class.
Props Recommended (not required):
Blanket or Beach Towel (To cover yourself or sit on)
Strap or Dog Leash (To help extend the arms)
