In this full body stretch, we will:
𦵠Gently open the hips, hamstrings and legs to release lower body tightness
đ§âď¸ Stretch the spine, shoulders and chest to improve posture and breathing

Finish with a calming relaxation and deep breathing, leaving you light, loose and peaceful
This class is perfect for:
