In this challenge, we’ll be working our way down the body from head to toe with a new daily yoga practice that only takes 5-10 minutes each day. This monthlong yoga challenge will help you get to know your own body better and create a habit of healthy daily exercise – just imagine how much better you’ll feel after 28 days! The challenge is open to all levels – yoga beginners are very welcome!
