This is Quiet & Bright — a 30-minute full-body Hatha Yoga session designed to bring calm, clarity, and strength from within
It’s a grounding space to move with intention, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself — no matter what’s happening around you.
This practice invites you to return to your center through a balance of gentle stretches and strengthening postures.
You’ll build focus, stability, strength — steady and bright from the inside out.
You’ll explore grounding and balancing poses that support both body and mind.
Eagle arms (Garudasana) help open the shoulders and bring mental clarity, while encouraging stillness within.
Each posture is held with care, giving you time to feel, adjust, and settle —
true to the essence of Hatha Yoga: the union of effort and ease, strength and softness.
This practice is beginner-friendly and perfect when you need a short reset, more clarity, or a moment to come back to yourself.
