Welcome to your hip opening slow flow for patience!
They say patience is a virtue, but it’s a trait that seems to be disappearing by the minute these days.
Our practice on the mat is a microcosm of our lives off the mat. If we’re always moving moving moving, faster faster faster on the mat, then chances are we’re moving through life that way too.
What has happened to our ability to wait? To enjoying the present moment as it is?

This class is for cultivating patience. Opening the hips is a process that requires patience, as the hips will not be rushed.
So go ahead and unroll your mat and let’s practice with patience.
PS. If you dig the pants I’m wearing in this video, head on over to Yoga Democracy and check them out! (click here: https://yogademocracy.com?utm_source+refersion&utm_1281337&rfsn=1281337.1484a3&utm_source=refersion&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=1281337.1484a3)
I LOVE YD, not just because their pants are super cute, but also because they make their clothes out of recycled water bottles, and that is yoga gear that I can get behind.
