Free quick at-home chest-lifter Yoga Shred Sequence ! HOW TO BELOW ⬇️

I hear from so many ladies who need better posture and lifted chest–life tends to drag us all down, if you know what I mean!

Do this once a week within your regular practice or by itself for best results. It should be about a 20-30 minute practice.

🧘‍️Yoga: Hold the pose for as long as listed if you can!
Shred (HIIT): Do 20 seconds all out activity, faster than a yoga pose, and 10 seconds rest, for 4-8 rounds as noted.

🧘‍️Begin in Chair and do these Waving Sun Salutations to warm your body + core up faster!

* Dog Splits to Core Plank x 5-10 on right leg
Step right foot forward, come into lunge and grab any hand weights on the way up (I used kettlebells here but any hand weights, wrist weights or water bottles can do the trick).

Lunge Flys Shred on the right (4 rounds) —these strengthen your back body for an instant posture improvement and chest lift!

* Then move to Dog Splits and repeat sequence on Left Side!

🧘‍️Dog Splits with open hip stretch — eases gravity on spine and chest!

🧘‍️Forward Fold wave side to side — ditto:)

Flying Temple: 4-8 rounds —strengthens upper back and opens/strengthens chest + arms.

🧘‍️Locust Pose: clasp hands behind back, lift and lower or pulse while lifted x 10-15. —strengthens whole back body and opens chest.

Diabloasana on hands and knees/Plank/Jump Plank: 4 rounds —strengthens pecs + whole front body/legs.

🧘‍️Shoulder/chest opening stretches. Feel into this in your own way!

Triceps Shred on blocks or kneeling/sitting 4-8 rounds —tones back of arms + whole back, opens chest from hunching.

🧘‍️Shoulder stretches: Eagle Arch/Curl —opens back body/triceps.

🧘‍️Supine Goddess or legs bets/straight on bolster and blocks — opens chest and front body, soothes the energy.

🧘‍️Seated Waving Cat/Cow

🧘‍️Meditate on your new open and lifted spirit, body and mind.
