I have always had a weak lower back and consistent sciatic nerve pain! Sometimes it would be so bad, I could hardly stand or bend.
In this short flow, I focus on postures that open the hips and release the lower back and hamstrings, as well as relieving the chronic sciatic nerve pain. These areas are always tightest for me, as I seem to store most of my stress and emotion here.
Practice daily to see results! Soon you will begin to feel much more freedom of movement, strength and flexibility.
