Yoga For Jet Lag – We’re doing a Travel Yoga Class today. This is fantastic to do if you’re about to get on a 10-hour flight like I’m about to or great to do when you land from a flight. This class is wonderful to counteract jet lag and fatigue from traveling. It’s also a great class if you want to relax and get grounded.

This short class that will leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated after a long flight.
