Welcome to @Nicelydoneyoga-r8p and your intermediate Yin Yoga practice, which is designed to help you deepen flexibility, release tension, and cultivate inner stillness. This session is perfect for yogis with some experience in Yin who are ready to hold poses longer and explore deeper layers of fascia and emotion. You need a little more flexibility and endurance for this class, but nothing too crazy. If you’ve been practicing for a while but still think you’re a beginner? Give it a try and see how deep you can go.
What to Expect:
40-minute guided Yin Yoga sequence
Nicely done warm-up to prepare the body
Longer holds (2 minutes) to access deeper connective tissues
Gentle, meditative atmosphere to support emotional release
Focus on hips, spine, and shoulders for full-body relaxation
Props Recommended:
* Yoga blocks or cushions
* Bolster or firm pillow
* Blanket (for support or warmth)
This practice is ideal for evening wind-downs, recovery days, or whenever you need grounding and space to just be. Breathe deeply, listen to your body, and allow yourself to surrender.
I hope you enjoy this relaxing deep stretch and feel more grounded and more present after this class.
