In this series, we’re doing a gentle evening Yin Yoga class every single evening for thirty days in a row. Of course, you can always do just one video from the series – each day offers a full, rounded class on its own. However, if you want to truly reap the benefits to the max, I highly encourage you to practice for the full thirty days.

The majority of the classes are between 15 and 20 minutes long, so that they are truly accessible even if life gets a bit busy.

With the shorter nature of these classes, we’ll only be moving through two Yin asanas and Savasana per sequence.

But the beauty of Yin is that even doing just three poses can provide so much benefit for your body, your nervous system, and your state of mindfulness.

No props are required for most classes. For some we’ll use blocks (can be substituted with books or regular pillows), and for some a yoga bolster (but a regular pillow or two will work just fine).
