Today’s practice is all about balancing strength and flexibility. We’ll challenge ourselves with a variety of balancing poses that engage small muscles and help build a strong, balanced body. And to balance out all the strength work, we’ll also work on flexibility with some stretchy poses. I’ve even included some stretches that are designed to distract you from the muscle work – let’s see if they work!
All you need is your mat – roll it out and let’s get started on this challenging yet rewarding practice.
