Maa Brahmacharini ki urja se judne ka dhyaan
Yoga asanas: Padmasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana, Dandasana, Sukhasana
Pranayama: Sheetali (cooling breath)
Mantra chanting – Om Devi Brahmacharinyai Namah
