Hi my Sweet Friends, and welcome.
This gentle, trauma-informed grounding yoga class is designed to help you release stored tension and energy from the body, heal your nervous system, reconnect to safety, and come back home to yourself.
You can do this practice in bed or anywhere you feel secure. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and use mindful awareness to calm the nervous system, regulate energy, and soften the body’s natural defenses.
In this practice:
• Cues of safety to ground your energy
• Gentle neck and shoulder release
• Side body stretches for stored tension
• Heart-opening chest expansion
• Diaphragmatic breathing to restore calm
This is not about pushing or performing — it’s about listening to your body, finding comfort, and restoring your sense of peace.
Move slowly, breathe fully, and remember: you are safe here.
With calm,
Kassandra
