Yoga with Kassandra: Nervous System Reset Yoga

by | Dec 12, 2025 | Yoga Videos

Welcome, Sweet Friends.

Tonight’s practice is a soft, short yoga flow designed to help you unwind, release tension, and slip into deep, peaceful sleep. This 8-minute sequence is perfect to add to your bedtime ritual when you want something gentle, grounding, and effective.

We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and invite the body to soften with hip openers, gentle twists, hamstring stretches, and relaxing transitions. No standing poses — just soothing, sleep-supporting movement to calm your mind and settle your nervous system.

Best used:
• right before bed
• when your mind feels busy
• when your body is tired but restless
• as part of your nightly wind-down routine

Take your time, move slowly, and let this practice guide you toward rest.
Wishing you deep, nourishing sleep. 🤍

With calm + sweet dreams,
Kassandra
