Standing:

Imagine a string pulling you up: Visualize an invisible string gently pulling the crown of your head towards the ceiling. This helps elongate your spine and keep your head level.
Align your body: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and weight evenly distributed on both feet. Imagine a straight line running through your ears, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles.
Relax your shoulders: Keep your shoulders back and down, away from your ears. Avoid hunching or slouching.

Sitting:
