WEEK 1, DAY 1 – woooooo!! we did it. i noticed a major lack of lower back/thigh flexibility. hopefully the progress will reveal itself over time. i will try to be kind to myself. the goal rn is to post 2x a week even though i will be flowing every day or most days (one flow to practice per week, one video for the beginning of the week, one video for the end of the week)… everything might change since i’m new to youtube content creation though woooooo who knows. 🙂
