A 25-min seqeunce to release tension and stretch the upper body, particularly focused on the shoulders, neck and chest, as well as the arms.
By holding poses for longer in yin yoga, we are able to target the deeper tissues, as well as cultivating a sense of calmness as we are able to come into a meditative state.
