This gentle, full-body calming practice is designed to help you calm your nervous system, release tension, and invite safety and ease back into your body through slow movement and mindful breathing. There’s no pressure to do anything “perfectly” — you’re invited to move at your pace, breathe deeply, and let your nervous system find rest.

This practice can support you to:
• settle an overwhelmed or overstimulated nervous system
• soften body tension and anxious energy
• reconnect with breath and presence
• build a sense of safety and calm from the inside out
