This yoga for sleep practice is a gentle 6-minute slow flow designed to help you relax your body, calm your nervous system, and unwind before bed. Through easy, mindful stretches and steady breathing, this practice supports letting go of tension and preparing for more restful sleep.
There’s nothing to fix or force. Move slowly, pause when needed, and allow your breath to guide you into rest.
