This is an audio only guided meditation.
To supplement this practice, consider using one of the following essential oils: vetiver, arborvitae, cedarwood, or myrrh. Custom grounding essential oil blends available through Deeply Rooted Wellness + Yoga.
You may also consider holding one of the following crystals, or placing it nearby: black tourmaline, smokey quartz, hematite, onyx, or most black crystals.
After your meditation, consider lingering in stillness. Once you are ready for movement, it may be nice to enjoy an earthy tea including one of the following ingredients: ginger, burdock root, nettle leaves or dandelion root. (Grounding teas and custom blends will be available through Deeply Rooted Wellness + Yoga Winter 2019!)
