20 Minute Full Body Yoga Stretch (Quickie) For Total Body Flexibility. This free yoga class is a yoga stretch quickie designed to stretch your muscles and make you more flexible. Many people don’t have time to make it to a live yoga class. Some people don’t even have time to practice YouTube yoga videos every day. Maybe it’s because they think a yoga class has to be an hour long to get the benefits of stretching. The truth is it is better to practice yoga for 5 minutes a day than 1 hr once a week. The goal is to stretch every day. This is how you achieve flexibility and strength.
