I really love the days that I am able to begin my day with a yoga practice. It sets the tone for the rest of the day. Though I’ve labeled this video “morning flow” it can be practiced at any time of the day.

In this video you will;
– work the core appropriately to build strength
-challenge balance through some standing poses
-get the heart pumping
-get a great workout in
