30 Minute Yoga HIIT (Cardio Yoga). Yoga HIIT, we’re turning up the cardio intensity today, but don’t worry, tomorrow is Yin yoga!! Plus, this is the end of the third week so some of next weeks classes are a little easier so your body and mind can have some time to integrate all of the work we’ve been doing! 🙂
