This is the 7th chakra yoga class for week 7 of the chakra challenge. The crown chakra is our gateway to get in touch with your higher power.

We’ve climbed all the way to the seventh chakra. Located at the top of the head, this is the gateway to the world beyond. All the chakras that we looked at so far have been related to seeing, doing, feeling, loving, and having.. Now through the crown chakra, we get in touch with our higher power.

The element of the crown chakra is thought, pure awareness. You can visualize it as the color violet. Here resides the bliss state we feel in shavasana and meditation, it enables us to witness our awareness and this is the seat of our soul.
