Calming Bedtime Yoga

This quick, gentle, and calming seated practice will help you get ready for a restful night. Relieve stress and fend off insomnia with a deeply restful routine. EDIT: Practice begins at 2:52
First, create your atmosphere: wind down with one of 3 essential oils for sleep. Accentuate your space with either of 2 great crystals for anxiety. These are just recommendations. Use things that make YOU feel at ease!
Then we begin our gentle yoga for beginners and advanced students alike! Optional props: 2 blocks and 1 bolster OR 2 large pillows and 2 smaller pillows.
