So many people think that because I’m a yoga teacher, I must be doing yoga all the time. I wish! Instead, I spend a lot of my time sitting at a computer screen editing videos and running my super interactive online courses and programs. My neck and shoulders get SO tight! So I do a few exercises for the neck and shoulders to help combat some of this stiffness. And since so many of you also sit at desks, I thought you might like to do them 🙂
