Working just enough will keep you in far better shape than killing yourself at the gym,. Short workouts also will not increase your appetite as much as overtraining has which can be very helpful when trying to reach your optimum weight.

Effective 12 minutes of intense high-intensity high impact interval training. Impact exercises, when done properly, can build strength, increase bone density and can build strong joints.
