Today we are doing a Mommy and Me class. I’ve never done anything like this before but my baby boy is 11 weeks old today, and I wanted to show you guys some other ways that I’m stretching and incorporating my baby into my yoga routine at home. One of the things that I didn’t love about the mommy and me classes that I went to is that they were trying to get everyone to do the same thing at once and then if you have to breastfeed or your baby makes a lot of noise it makes you feel bad. So I really enjoy doing yoga with him at home and my hope is that through this video, I could sort of show you how some ideas on how you could stretch and yoga with your baby at home.
