Also a good practice to take into your routine to improve or maintain your running or cardio exercise performance. This cool down yoga sequence lets you be grounded as you use the breath to stretch and soothe the muscles of the body, stabilize the joints. This 30 min practice uses the principles of yoga to promote balance, stretch the muscles used in cardio exercises and find ease. 30 mins of practice to allow, release, balance and restore!

This is a morning yoga routine perfect for runners but you can practice it any time of the day. This yoga sequence will target your psoas, IT bands, and feet.. All those places that get sore when you run.
