Total Body Vinyasa Flow for Core Hips & Glutes is a half hour yoga practice to tone and strengthen to core hips and buttocks. By focusing on the subtle aspects of posture through mindful movement we help to unite the body, mind, and breath in the practice. This creates a more meditative practice designed to help bring us in to our bodies to connect and grow. Also, by learning to use these muscles groups properly, you’ll have access to more advanced arm balance and other postures.
