This weeks video is yoga for complete beginners. It’s a great foundation to learn from to build a solid practice. If you’re newer to yoga you can keep coming back to this video regularly until you have mastered all of the poses in this video. If you’ve been practicing for a while it would be good to do a little inventory of these poses and see if there’s anything you need to come back to work on in your foundation. No matter how long you’ve been practicing its always nice to come back to the basics once in a while. I think you’ll enjoy this sequence. I practice this same sequence with a few other standing poses usually mixed in once a week. Hope you enjoy.
