Yoga for the Holidays // Grounding Flow to Beat Anxiety. Join me in this 50 minute slow flow vinyasa practice where we’ll bring balance to the root and heart chakras so you can act instead of react from a place of love.

In this practice, you’ll learn the Sanskrit names of some of the common poses as well as more information on why we’re doing what we’re doing.

Toward the end of the practice, we’ll do a nice meditation and end with a yummy savasana.

If you want to become a teacher, this flow is especially helpful as you’ll learn some of the “behind the scenes” info as well as proper alignment and cuing.
