We hold our deepest emotions in our hips, according to the yogis. In this “slow flow” vinyasa class we focus on making space in the hips first through detailed attention in our hip stretches. Then we flow through some simple lunges to open the space even more.

Soothing hip opening yoga practice with lots of nice floor work. Appropriate for any level of yogi (as long as you are comfortable in pigeon pose).
