Start your day with this 20 min gentle morning yin yoga stretch designed to release tension in the full body but with a focus on your hips and lower back. This calming session is perfect for increasing flexibility, and helping to ease the lower back and hips. Using long supported holds in poses such as toe squat, dragon and forward fold we gently open the hips, loosen tight lower back muscles and create space, leaving you feeling more comfortable and at ease in your body.
Yin yoga is very beneficial to do in the morning, as the body is still cold. This allows for a tighter pull on those ligaments which will help to increase your flexibility and mobility overtime. Not only that, but you’ll notice a difference during the day and have a better day because of it! #yinyoga #yogastretch #morningstretch
By taking the time to unwind and practice yin yoga in the morning, you are setting yourself up for a more peaceful and centered day.
This is an all levels practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
