Welcome to Day 4 of the 7-Day After Work Yoga Challenge.

Today’s practice is focused on the lower body, with an emphasis on hip mobility, glute activation, leg strength, and quad stretches. This yoga-inspired movement class is designed to help release tension from sitting all day, improve hip mobility, and wake up the glutes and legs after a long working day.

We’ll move through a lower-body sequence with hip mobility exercises, lunges, hamstring stretches, goddess pose, hip hinge work, calf raises, glute bridges, and a final figure-four stretch to help your hips, glutes, quads, and legs feel more open, strong, and grounded.

This class is beginner-friendly and perfect if you spend a lot of time sitting and want a simple practice for tight hips, weak or sleepy glutes, stiff legs, and lower-body tension.

My name is Renata, and I’m a yoga teacher – but I also spend a lot of my day sitting, working, and living in front of a screen. I know how it feels when your lower back, hips, shoulders, or whole body start to feel stiff and tired after a long day. These short practices are based on what helps me personally: simple movement, breath, mobility, and gentle strength to feel more open, grounded, and connected to my body again.
