Welcome to your winter solstice yoga flow, designed to support you through this darker, quieter season. Inspired by the energy of the solstice, this practice blends slow, mindful movement with grounding poses to help you release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance.
We’ll use smooth, flowing transitions to encourage circulation, create subtle heat in the body, and invite a feeling of light and positive energy from within.
Our peak pose is Tree. Move at your own pace, take rest whenever you need, and allow this practice to be a moment of peace for your body and mind.
Suitable for all levels and no props required, although you may want to keep some pillows or a blanket within reach for added comfort.
