Hi my Sweet Friends and welcome- I’m Kassandra.
This 16-minute Yoga for Restorative Sleep class is designed to help you calm your mind, slow your heart rate, and release tension before bed. Through soothing breathwork, gentle stretches, and quiet stillness, we’ll guide your body into the rest and digest state — preparing you for deep, peaceful sleep and healing your nervous system.
You can do this class right in bed or on your mat. Keep the lights low, silence your phone, and let this be your final ritual before drifting off.
In this bedtime practice:
• Bee’s Breath (Bhramari Pranayama) to calm the nervous system
• Child’s Pose & Sphinx Pose for gentle spinal release
• Happy Baby & Supine Twist to ease hips and lower back
• Diaphragmatic Breathing to quiet the mind
• Final Rest for deep relaxation and sleep
Breathe deeply, move slowly, and rest fully.
Good night, my friends.
With calm + love,
Kassandra
