Athletes – this one’s for you! This week’s class is a class that focuses on the lower body and is ideal for soccer players. We’ll target the hips, knees and ankles by working on quads, adductors and calves. This is great for injury prevention and to stretch out overworked muscles.

Even if you’re not a soccer player, this is a great 15 min yoga class to stretch and strengthen your lower body. This would be an excellent flow to do as a warm up before a workout or to do on cross training days. No props necessary and great for all levels!
