This quick, beginner friendly yoga class is designed to help aid recovery for those who has tighter hamstrings and quads after exercise. This could be from gym leg day or cycling where we might work the legs more and feel the need for recovery and resetting the legs for flexibility and mobility. This can help reduce the risk of injury and improve resilience of the body.
You don’t need a yoga mat or any special equipment. Just the space to lay down without obstacles getting in your way. This can be a daily routine and be done whenever it feels right to.
