This 15 Minute Yoga Class is beginner friendly and sequenced to open through the shoulders and back to improve posture in overhead weight training like shoulder press and clean & jerk. It can help increase flexibility and mobility to open through the upper back and delts to improve injury prevention and the body for resilience.
A great stretching routine before or after training.
This class is beginner friendly but also great for more advance yogis wanting a slower paced wake up routine for the body.
You don’t need a yoga mat or any special equipment. Just the space to lay down without obstacles getting in your way. This can be a daily routine and be done whenever it feels right to.
