20 Minute Hatha Yoga (Workout For Core Strength) Day 5. A hatha yoga class where our focus is again on those core muscles. You can expect some more Agni Sara pranayama practice…notice if it’s a bit easier today…no judgement, just notice! Every day you’re getting stronger. Some days you might feel it and other days you might not, but you are. We’re also going to practice bakasana or crow pose. This is a fun arm balance that many people love, even though most of us find it super challenging. Remember, it doesn’t matter if you’re able to do the pose. The only thing that matters is giving it your best shot today. If you balance or not doesn’t matter because when you try your best, your mind is focused and quiet and that’s where we experience “yoga.” See you tomorrow!!!
