This class will get your heart rate up and will burn some calories. We’ll stretch our shoulders, hip flexors and hamstrings. We’ll also focus on strengthening our core muscles so we can gain a new perspective by going up side down. Please be careful with yourself (as always). This is YOUR practice and there’s never any reason to push. If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, or if you’re on your moon cycle, please avoid handstands and other inversions. You may opt to lie down and put your legs up against a wall instead.
