Welcome to Day 5 of the 7-Day After Work Yoga Challenge.
Today’s practice is a slow flow to unwind after a long working day. This gentle yoga-inspired class is designed to help release tension from sitting all day, soften the body, calm the breath, and reconnect with yourself after work.
We’ll move through gentle breathing, slow spinal mobility, hip-opening movements, soft stretches, twists, forward folds, and grounding poses to help your body feel less stiff, less compressed, and more at ease.
This class is beginner-friendly and perfect if you’re looking for after work yoga, slow yoga flow, gentle yoga, yoga to unwind, yoga for stress relief, yoga after sitting, or a relaxing movement practice to help you come back to your body after a long day.
My name is Renata, and I’m a yoga teacher – but I also spend a lot of my day sitting, working, and living in front of a screen. I know how it feels when your lower back, hips, shoulders, or whole body starts to feel stiff and tired after a long day. These short practices are based on what helps me personally: simple movement, breath, mobility, and gentle strength to feel more open, grounded, and connected to my body again.
