Yoga with Kassandra: Quick Beginner Friendly Yoga for Runners and Cyclists

Sequences for Cyclists and Runners who may struggle with tightness in the knees, hips and back. Hamstring opening and Psoas stretching are elements focused on in this class. Included near the end are also Nerve Glides to allow healthy movement of the nerves along the length of the legs to reduce risk of pain and irritation. This could also be beneficial to several other sports and activities such as hiking, playing sport like football, rugby, cricket.

You don’t need a yoga mat or any special equipment. Just the space to lay down without obstacles getting in your way. This can be a daily routine and be done whenever it feels right to.
