My Second Beginner Friendly Gentle Yoga Core Workout YouTube Class on this channel. This class offers core strengthening flows/exercises for beginners allowing a morning yoga routine for opening through the core / trunk of the torso through different ranges of movement. Enjoy this core work multiple times a week to gain strength and resilience through a strong core. This is suitable for Beginners and more experienced Yoga Students but listen to your body throughout and stop where necessary. We can skip poses and shorten the length of time in them to meet our needs.
You don’t need a yoga mat or any special equipment. Just the space to lay down without obstacles getting in your way. This can be a daily routine and be done whenever it feels right to.
If you enjoy this class, please consider subscribing as it helps the channel grow over time and reach more people which would be amazing to share my teaching to the world alongside my regular in person classes in the South of England.
You can follow my social media or find my website via my channel home page.
I hope you enjoy this class and the classes to come and thank you for your support.
All the best from England, UK
