20 Minute Yoga Flow Vinyasa to Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana). Get your YogaFix! Today we’ll stretch and strengthen the upper back and shoulders to get you ready for Pincha Mayurasana or forearm balance. Be sure to use a wall to balance if you’re going upside down (I didn’t have a wall so I used a tree…a wall works much better lol)! Remember, if you have back injuries, shoulder or neck injuries, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma or if it’s during your moon cycle, it’s not advised to practice inversions.
